Hey all! We are looking to add some Independent Photographers to our rolodex! We recently opened up a new territory in Jacksonville, FL, and in just 1 month, already have about 10 clients, and looking to grow to approximately 30 clients in Feb/March.
We are also opening up a new location in St Marys, GA, and looking for someone to shoot for that office.
Please live in Jacksonville (Preference goes to those who live closer to Yulee, and willing to cross over into St.
Marys GA, as we have a few clients there starting in Feruary.

We pay $75/hour, or near St Marys.
Since this is a new location, it will start slow, so don't quit your dayjob, but I tend to only hire 1-2 photographers per territory, meaning you will get all the work as it grows.
YOU:
I love working with newer AND established photographers.
This is an independent contractor's position, so you can make your own schedule.
PLEASE only apply if you are outgoing/friendly.
This is a position where agents will only use you if they like you, so you must be able to hold conversations with agents and their sellers.
We will not compromise on that.
Customer Service is #1, before angles or anything else.
EQUIPMENT:
At a minimum, you must have a DSLR that can shoot 5 Brackets in AEB.
3 is technically fine, most newer cameras have an option for 5.
- Video Stabilizer (not absolutely necessary if normally shoot handheld at 60/120fps - Drone (As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own FAA license and liability insurance, ) - 360-Camera (Much Easier if you already have a Ricoh Camera.
Otherwise, it would just take longer to upload for you) We are VERY SPECIFIC in the angles we want to get for each agent.
So even if you have shot before, just know we will be training to adhere to FPM's brand.
HOW DOES THE PAY WORK? Well if someone only orders photos, you would get the full $65.
However, if they order multiple services, it becomes hourly.
The goal is to get you 2-3 shoots per day.
FUTURE INCENTIVES:
For those who excel, at their craft, there will be incentives over the course of the years to become partners and run your own territories.
Why do I do this? Because I believe in Karma, and if you help me build my network, I think you should be rewarded in more than just pay-per-shoot.
And lastly, I just ask that you realize I have a brand to uphold, and you will do everything you can to adhere to my brand, regardless of how long you have been a photographer.
