Smart Communications Smart Communications Saint Marys, GA Saint Marys, GA Full-time Full-time From $55,000 a year From $55,000 a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Hire, onboard and train call center staff (20-35 employees) Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage Coach call center staff through challenging customer service issues Reviews calls for QA & Training purposes Analyze call center data and prepare reports for upper management Improve processes and maximize efficiency and client satisfaction Evaluate staff effectiveness and performance annually or on as-needed basis Lead team meetings and give presentations to executives Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans Create personnel and supply budgets for approval On call for emergencies Other responsibilities as assigned Skills & Requirements Bachelors or High school diploma Must have at least three professional references Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience overseeing a call center Proficient with computer software and phone systems Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and leadership skills Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and meet strict quotas Ability to multitask and stay organized Ability to learn company's products, services and customer service policies quickly Job Type:
