Job Description This job requires you to work as an individual and part of a team, you will work along side the Sales Team, Bookkeeper and the COO.
We are looking for someone who organized, detailed orientated.
We are a small company with 20 employees but we are growing fast.
Experience Experience using QuickBooks Enterprise Creating weekly payroll using Paycheck Responsible for HR Onboarding Process Schedule and run Health & Safety meeting alongside the Production Manager Dealing with Workers Comp and Audits Maintaining Sales documents and file Checking contracts Proficient in Google docs Office skills - meet and greet clients and contractors, answer phones, deal with emails and mail etc Preferred experience working in a manufacturing or boat building environment.
