You won't be just a corporate number while working with us! We are looking for an experienced Counter Sales Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and answering customer inquiries.
This position requires a strong knowledge of our products and services, (rental equipment).
The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, be able to multi-task and have a passion for helping customers find the right product for their needs.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide customers with product information and advice.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers when returning rentals.
Load /unload hand-held rental equipment as needed.
Communicate with mechanics and drivers to accomodate customer needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Keep up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
